Raleigh Volunteers Bring Joy to Special Needs Athletes in Cary
Raleigh, NC — March 21, 2026
Volunteers from the Raleigh, North Carolina chapter of the Love to Share Foundation (LTSF) spent a meaningful day giving back to the community at the Miracle League Cary ball field on March 21, 2026. A dedicated team of eight volunteers participated in the event, supporting young athletes with special needs and helping create an inclusive and joyful baseball experience.
The volunteers worked closely with players from the Miracle League of the Triangle, assisting them on and off the field to ensure they could fully participate in the game. From guiding players around the bases to cheering them on, the volunteers played an essential role in making the event both fun and memorable.
“It was truly a rewarding experience for all of us,” said one volunteer. “Seeing the smiles on the players’ faces and being part of such a positive environment made it incredibly special.”
The Miracle League of the Triangle provides opportunities for children and young adults with disabilities to enjoy baseball in a safe and supportive setting. Events like this highlight the impact of community involvement and the importance of inclusive recreational activities.
Through their service, the Love to Share Foundation continues to strengthen its mission of spreading kindness and supporting communities, one event at a time.
