Teachers’ Profile
Sangeethaji
Sangeethaji is a volunteer teacher with the Global Organization for Divinity (GOD) and now for Madhuraksharam. She finds great joy in learning and teaching alongside children, fostering a shared journey of devotion and discovery. She facilitates Gopakuteeram sessions, a value-based curriculum designed to enrich young minds, and also guides Sanskrit learning and chanting, drawing from her training with Samskrita Bharati and other volunteer-led programs.
Sivaji
Siva is a scientist at Microsoft, where he trains AI models to understand source code and language. Outside the lab, he brings the same precision and curiosity to teaching Sanskrit to children—an endeavor he’s pursued joyfully for the past two years. His teaching style is relaxed, inquiry-driven, and rooted in the belief that Sanskrit sharpens thinking just like coding does. He encourages kids to ask questions, explore patterns, and build confidence through curiosity.
“Sanskrit is not just a language—it’s a system. Like code, it’s precise, layered, and beautifully logical.” A national Sanskrit topper in India’s high school board exams, Siva is passionate about helping kids discover the joy and clarity that Sanskrit can bring.
Deepaji
Deepaji has long been fascinated by the beauty and depth of the Sanskrit language. For the past three years, she has been teaching year 1 students at Madhuraksharam, finding it a deeply rewarding journey to watch them progress from absolute beginners to confidently identifying, reading, and writing Sanskrit alphabets and words. She enjoys working with young students, whose curiosity and enthusiasm make every class lively and engaging. What she values most is the opportunity to continue learning alongside her students as they explore Sanskrit together.
Sandyaji
Sandyaji, based in Canada, is a devoted homemaker and proud mother of two children, aged 10 and 8. She holds a postgraduate degree in Biotechnology and has always been passionate about teaching and nurturing young minds. For over 12 years, she has volunteered as a teacher with Gopa Kuteeram, an initiative of the Global Organization for Divinity (GOD) focused on children’s and youth enrichment. For more than two years, she has also been involved with Madhuraksharam, a Love to Share Foundation initiative. Guiding and inspiring children brings her immense joy and fulfillment. She enjoys learning, teaching, singing, spending time with children of all ages, and connecting with nature — all of which continue to inspire and energize her every day.
